STAGS have recently received instructions to market Trevesson Farm at Gorran Haven, Cornwall, for sale by private treaty, inviting offers in the region of £725,000 for the equestrian themed site.

Trevesson Farm is set within wonderful scenery with comfortable living accommodation which is subject to an agricultural tie. The existing accommodation wants some updating and includes an entrance lobby, halls, kitchen/living room, dining room, sitting room (24ft 9in x 14ft 9in), utility room, three bedrooms and bathroom.

From the sitting room via a wide picture window there are some pleasant views over National Trust land and over Hemmick Beach out to sea.

There are a range of buildings at Trevesson Farm which include some general purpose buildings and also some fine equestrian buildings with a total of 12 American-style caged stables as well as a horse walker, round exercise pen and sand school acbout 45 x 25 metres in area.

The land all lies around the house and various buildings, and in the main is laid to pasture with some deciduous woodland. Finally, there is the benefit of a private right of way from the land across National Trust land leading down to Hemmick Beach a few hundred yards to the south.
