STAGS are offering two dairy units to the market this spring. The first extends in total to 360 acres forming two adjoining holdings known as Stabdon Farm and Luxton Barton between Winkleigh and Bondleigh, Devon.

At Stabdon Farm there is a five-bedroomed stone farmhouse. In addition there is a very spacious three/four bedroom bungalow known as Brookland Rise giving further accommodation whether for a herdsman or another part of the family. The guide price for Stabdon Farm with 315 acres is £2,600,000.

Luxton Barton is also available for sale with a guide price for the house, cottage, buildings and 30 acres is 1.07 million to give a total guide for the whole of both farms of £3.75-£3.95 million.

The second farm is Western Farm, Oakford, near Tiverton. Western Farm extends to about 300 acres with 243 acres at the main farm with a further 56 acres The guide price set for Western is £1,800,000 for lot 1 with a further £185,000 (£3,200/acre) for the off-lying 56 acres.
