The day was met with keen demand for this herd of strong, deep bodied cows with excellent capacity.

Top price of the day was £1,680 for "Supermoo Nonette 13," a freshly calved second calver, currently yielding over 47 kgs, having completed 8,113 kgs in her first lactation. Other principal cow prices included £1,491 for "Supermoo Beauty 136" and "Supermoo Jewel 165," both second calvers, £1,313 for third calving "Robgill Winifred 52"; £1,019 for "Robgill Beauty 126," currently yielding 35 kgs and in calf with her fifth; £1,145 for fifth calving "Robgill Diana 37" and £945 for "Robgill Jewel 105," a ninth calver currently yielding 50 kgs.

First calvers topped at £1,470 for "Supermoo Beauty 147" sired by Eureka Filtrate, calved in May and currently yielding +37 kgs.

Dry cows topped at £1,344 for a Silverpost Sinatra daughter "Supermoo Mirror Beauty 38" due with her second calf by Askew Reece in July. First calving heifers averaged £1,183, and second calvers an average of £1,190.
