Culinary star at Bath and West

Culinary Queen Clarissa Dickson Wright, well known chef and author will be among the well known names coming to this year's Royal Bath & West Show May 28 - 31.

A passionate and long time supporter of country pursuits and traditions, particularly through the Countryside Alliance, Clarissa has been invited to join the CA stand for all four days of the highly successful show and will be signing copies of her new book.

Since finding fame through her culinary partnership with Jennifer Paterson in the highly successful BBC TV cookery series, The Two Fat Ladies, Clarissa has traded in her beloved sidecar and wooden spoons for writing and countryside campaigning all over the country.

Clarissa joins an impressive line up of well known faces who are already supporting the show. Fashion designer Jeff Banks, who is involved with the brand new Fashion Show, Martin Roberts from the BBC property programme Homes under the Hammer and the actor Peter Mayhew, who played the part of Chewbacca in Star Wars - only his third appearance in the UK in ten years and all the way from Texas - a very rare appearance.

The four day show opens its gates on Wednesday 28 May.
