Lesley joins NMR

DAIRY industry enthusiast Lesley Durbin has joined National Milk Records (NMR) as the area field manager in the south east.
Lesley, from the South West is now responsible for the day-to-day management of NMR's recording and management services in the region, covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
She manages the region's field team who carry out on farm recording as well as liasing directly with producers and vets on the wider range of computeriused services, software and disease testing.
From North Somerset, Lesley grew up on the family farm that keeps a pedigree 300 cow Guernsey herd.
She gained a diploma in agriculture and in food technology from Cannington College.
Her working career includes practical dairy farming and more recently she spent three years as farm liaison officer for Alvis Brothers - specialist cheese makers in Somerset.
