| MARKET MOVERS: DR Kivell reports sales and new to market opportunities |
DR KIVELL & Partners report recent sales include the very well presented Higher Coombepark, with spectacular views overlooking Roadford Lake, near Lewdown.
The property boasts
a four/five bedroom farmhouse, stables, gardens and is set within ten acres of pasture and amenity land.
Higher Coombepark sold to a local buyer after considerable interest from across the country against a guide price of £795,000.
New instructions include Tinney Moor at Pyworthy, near Holsworthy.
This superb residential farm is a traditional farmstead, says DR Kivell, at the end of its own private drive and boasts well presented five bedroom
family accommodation.
To the rear of the house is a traditional barn with potential and further useful outbuildings.
Tinney Moor is available with 40 acres at a guide £680,000 and may also be available with less land.
Another new instruction is Trehere Farm at Trewidland, near Liskeard which has something for everyone, says DR Kivell. The farm is in a quiet, but popular farming area with good access to Liskeard and the A38.
The modern farmhouse is in a
quiet elevated position with commanding views and spacious
four bedroom accommodation.
The farm buildings are a compact
and versatile range of storage and livestock accommodation and there
are two stables adjacent to the house.
The land is a good mix of productive pastureland, complimented by about nine acres of woodland, which could form the nucleus for an excellent small family shoot, says DR Kivell.
Trehere Farm is available with 100 acres at a guide of £1 million.
Little Panson at St Giles, near Launceston is another new instruction.
This 30 acre residential and equestrian holding is quietly located with far reaching countryside views.
The property comprises a character four bedroom detached family farmhouse, range of buildings, looseboxes and 30 acres of pasture land.
Little Panson is available by private treaty at a guide of £575,000.
