QUALITY HOME: East Crowndale Farm at Tavistock has been sold against a guide price of £1.25 million

THE exodus from London and the South-East to the Westcountry continues at a pace, despite adverse press reports on the state of the money and property markets.

Devon and Cornwall rural property continues to appeal to buyers from farther afield, seeking quality country property away from the day to day rat race of larger cities and urban areas.
