Hi there I have a double room availble to rent in my two bed flat in Boscombe. The room is funished with a double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers and TV if needed. The flat has a large lounge diner and seperate kitchen which has washer/dryer diswasher etc. I have wireless broadband which is included in the rent as are the utilities. Being south of Christchurch road the beach is 5 mins away and the shops are just a few moments walk! I am looking for someone to share my home. It is a clean and comfy flat (brand new sofas making it very comfy!) I am a teacher so pretty quiet during the week but love socialising at the weekends.
