Showcasing the best of West Country farming, the 129th Yealmpton Show will offer something for everyone.

There will be a full programme of main ring attractions on Wednesday, July 27, and don’t miss the Yealmpton History Marquee and Rural Skills Marquee or the Countryside Arena, with its agricultural-based demonstrations.

Heats for the ever-popular terrier racing will be held in the arena throughout the day - if you have a terrier that’s keen to race, make sure you check the timetable so as not to miss out. Another must-see section is the pet marquee with poultry, rabbits, guinea pigs and many more, and all entries are welcome on the day.

From the Countryside Marquee to the food hall, and from cakes and handicraft to tractors, Yealmpton Show is a full day of entertainment.

Show highlights include horse, sheep, cattle, goats and carriage driving classes, a dog show, vintage machinery and classic cars, a Horticulture and Homecraft Marquee including floral art and over 100 trade stands, a magician and a Punch and Judy and children’s funfair.
